Why This Site Exists
East Palo Alto records are split by agency and record type. The San Mateo County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder & Chief Elections Officer (ACRE) handles recorded property documents, marriage records, many vital-record copy paths, assessor data, and elections functions. San Mateo Superior Court publishes case access through its own systems. East Palo Alto City Hall at 2415 University Avenue handles city records, permits, staff contacts, and local public-records requests. State offices add business, license, privacy, and voter rules. We collect the search tools, office contacts, and access limits so those routes are easier to compare.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to the City of East Palo Alto, San Mateo County, any California agency, any court, or any records custodian. There are firm limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in East Palo Alto
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot guarantee that every record index, portal link, or office detail on this site is current right now
Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
