Data You Give Us Directly
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter is sent to the third-party provider that powers those results. We do not store a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to reply.
Data Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting systems record ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to keep the site stable and understand which East Palo Alto records pages visitors use. Cookies or similar technologies may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the data described above to run the site, troubleshoot errors, measure traffic, and improve page content. We do not sell a visitor list. We also do not create individual user profiles.

Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Since we do not run user accounts, this site has no account password or saved profile for you.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. The California Privacy Protection Agency's DROP/Delete Act program also creates a centralized deletion path for covered data brokers. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by East Palo Alto, San Mateo County, or California offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
